The following Amendment No. 6 to the Agreement for Scientific and Technological Cooperation is entered into by and between Sao Paulo Research Foundation (hereinafter "FAPESP"), and Microsoft Corporation (“Microsoft”) and amends the Collaboration Agreement as follows:

WHEREAS FAPESP and Microsoft are parties to that certain Research and Collaboration Agreement dated as of March 01, 2012;

WHEREAS FAPESP and Microsoft are parties to that certain Research and Collaboration Agreement dated as of December 19, 2012 which expired on December 18, 2015;

WHEREAS FAPESP and Microsoft desire to use the remaining fund of the Research and Collaboration Agreement dated as of December 19, 2012 in New Projects;

WHEREAS FAPESP and Microsoft desire to develop the abovementioned New Projects through Microsoft’s local affiliate MICROSOFT INFORMÁTICA LTDA – Advanced Technology Lab;

WHEREAS FAPESP and Microsoft desire to amend the Agreement to reflect changes of the term and financial contribution of the Agreement;

The parties hereby agree to modify the Agreement as follows:

1. According to Clause 3 of the Agreement, to the contributions is added the remaining fund of the Agreement executed between FAPESP and Microsoft from December 19, 2012 to December 18, 2015.

2.The abovementioned remaining fund will be directed to the New Projects to be developed by Microsoft through Microsoft’s Advanced Technology Lab, a department of local affiliate MICROSOFT INFORMÁTICA LTDA.

3. Clause 5.1 is amended as follows:

5.1 Term. Unless earlier terminated pursuant to this Section 5, the term of this AGREEMENT will commence on the Effective Date and remain in effect until ten (10) years thereafter (the “Term”).

Except as specifically amended hereby, the terms and conditions of the AGREEMENT remain in full force and effect.
