FAPESP announces result of call for proposals with NWO Versão em português

FAPESP and the Netherlands Organisation for Scientific Research (NWO) announce the result of the fifth call for proposals launched under the scientific cooperation agreement between the institutions.
Six collaborative proposals involving researchers from the State of São Paulo and researchers from the Netherlands were selected.
The call “Biobased Economy” received proposals in sustainable agriculture; sustainable food production and food security; systems/synthetic biology and bioinformatics; biobased chemicals and materials; biotechnology; bioprocess engineering; biocatalysis; chemo/thermo-catalytic conversion of biomass; waste management; and bioenergy.
