FAPESP and MIT will organize joint Calls for Proposals so that researchers at MIT and researchers associated to public or private Higher Education or Research Institutions in the State of São Paulo can request seed funds for starting a collaboration.
The call for proposals are open to researchers working within MIT, following the MIT Brazil Seed Fund Program eligibility criteria and principal investigators of ongoing research projects funded by FAPESP within the following schemes: Regular Research Awards, Thematic Projects (Principal or Co-Principal Investigators), Young Investigators, or Research, Innovation and Dissemination Centers (CEPID/RIDC; PIs or co-PIs).
