International Collaborations in Chemistry (ICC) Program - Letter of Agreement
The United States National Science Foundation Division of Chemistry (NSF/CHE) and the Fundação de Amparo à Pesquisa do Estado de São Paulo (FAPESP), São Paulo, Brazil, agree to provide International collaborating opportunities to US and São Paulo, Brazil researchers in the field of chemistry.
FAPESP will be listed as a foreign agency partner in the NSF International Collaboration in Chemistry (ICC) solicitation to be posted on the NSF website in September 2011.
NSF will be listed as a foreign agency partner in the FAPESP International Collaboration in Chemistry (ICC) solicitation to be posted on the FAPESP website in September 2011.
It is agreed that NSF/CHE and FAPESP will jointly run the ICC program by following a management plan, which is appended to this letter of agreement. This agreement will remain in effect as long as NSF/CHE and FAPESP are willing to participate in the ICC program. The management plan will be updated annually to improve the joint program. Changes to the management plan will only be made upon mutual agreement.
